Lee Leisure is looking to expand its operation with-in the M1 Corridor between Junctions 6 to 13, although South of Luton / North Hertfordshire would be our preferred location.
We are willing to purchase or pay a market rent based on a secure leased for a minimum 10 years subject to planning.

The land would be used for clay pigeon shooting but for private bookings only, it would not be run as a club and noise levels will be controlled, we have worked with local council environmental officers in the passed and achieved success in relation to planning.

Minimum land required would be approx 6 acres with good access, please allow a 300yard shot fall out zone in relation to sensitive areas to include public footpaths and bridal ways.
