This team building game is not only constructive it always
ends with a great laugh.
Teams are given a poly box full of different bits and
bobs and asked to design and build an egg launcher, some
of the bits in the box are useless for the task ahead and
others vital.
Once designed and built wooden eggs are supplied so the
device can be tested, the launcher is then covered so no
other teams can see it and is only revealed at the grand
finale at the end of the day.
All the teams then congregate and uncover their masterpieces,
the wooden eggs are then exchanged for the real thing and
teams are asked to delegate a catcher, the winner will be
the team who’s egg stays in flight for the longest
distance, and if the egg is caught by the catcher an extra
5 metres is added to distance achieved. (great fun)
